Rural EB-5 – Completed 2019

The Yellowstone Club Village Core Project was the construction of 48 condominium units, three restaurants, retail space, and other amenities. New amenities built as part of the Project included ski lockers, a luxury spa, gym, and an indoor and outdoor pool area. All of the residential units were sold before the end of construction, and the Project produced over 100 direct and indirect jobs for each of its EB5 Investors. The original phase I EB5 loan was paid off in three years.
