Big Springs Village Phase 2 is a 420,000 SF mixed-use alpine village situated at the base of Yellowstone Club, a private ski, golf, and outdoor recreational community in Big Sky, Montana. The Project will be anchored by 35 for-sale residential condominium units and will also include an array of amenities and support spaces. Construction commenced in late 2022 and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The Project represents the second phase of the Yellowstone Club’s village development: construction of Phase 1 was completed in 2019 and all 48 residential units were sold (closed) that same year.
